Quick, easy and delicious!
Ingredients
Pork ribs or thin slices of pork chunks
1/2 cup honey
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup butter
2 teaspoons mustard powder
5 cloves garlic, minced
1 Tbsp corn starch, optional, add if you want a thicker sauce
1 can button mushroom, sliced
Canola oil for searing
bunch of asparagus, cut into about 2 inch and steamed
Instruction
In a sauce pan over medium heat, stir in honey, soy sauce, butter, mustard powder, and minced garlic; cook for about 5 minutes.
Pour mixture into meat and marinate for at least an hour.
In a frying pan over medium to high heat oil; Sear pork both sides until golden brown. Add the remaining sauce mixture into seared meat. close lid and cook and basting at least twice to keep the meat moist and coated with the sauce.
