Healthy Double Chocolate Cake


This is by far the easiest cake ever. I use this recipe whenever I need to bake a cake for babies or kids who are allergic to dairy or milk because this one has none! 





Ingredients

1 cup whole wheat flour 
1/2 cup AP flour
3 Tablespoons Dark Chocolate Cocoa Powder
1/2 teaspoon fine salt
1 cup sugar
1 teaspoon baking powder
2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1 teaspoon white distilled vinegar
6 Tablespoons canola oil or vegetable oil
1 cup water, cold
Handful of Chocolate Chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.

Lightly greased 8x8 inch pan.

In a large bowl, sift together the dry ingredients. Make 3 small holes in the sifted mixture. Pour the vanilla in one hole, the vinegar in another and the oil in another. Pour the cold water over the top and mix. Batter will be a bit runny. do not over mix. Pour into greased pan and sprinkle the chocolate chips on top. Bake for 30 to 35 minutes.
