Egg Free Chocolate Chip Cookies

No need to worry if there are no eggs in the pantry!

I never thought I can find a cookie recipe with no eggs that is still so oh! yummy! It may seemed impossible to whip up a cookie without the eggs! I saw the recipe for the cookies on recipe4living

These recipe, I say, is the easiest to throw together. Despite the absence of eggs the cookies came out crisp on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. Thus, if you're looking for an egg free recipe for cookies, I would definitely give this a try!

This recipe yield 3 dozen cookies baked on a 1 ounce cupcake pan

Ingredients

3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup vegetable oil
3 Tablespoons water, not cold
2 Teaspoons vanilla extract
2 1/4 cup flour (I used cake flour on this recipe)
1 Teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon table salt
1 cup chocolate chips

Directions

Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Using a hand held mixer, mix together the sugar, butter, oil, water and vanilla until totally incorporated and no more lumps. Add the flour, baking soda, salt and chips. Mix the ingredients using a spatula or spoon. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until edges are brown. Transfer to a wire rack and cool.
