Wheat germ contains 23 nutrients (like potassium and riboflavin) and has more nutrients per ounce than any other grain or vegetable. It also has a high concentration of complex carbohydrates and protein which makes it the perfect ingredient for getting your day started right.

2 tbsps oil
1 egg
12 cup white sugar
12 cup brown sugar
1 pinch salt
2 tsps baking powder

34 cup milk
1 cup flour
12 cup wheat germ
1 tsp vanilla
12 cup chocolate chips
|
- Preheat oven to 350F
- In a bowl, whisk salt,baking powder and flour. Set aside.
- In a big bowl, mix oil, egg, white and brown sugars and vanilla until smooth and light in color.
- Add the dry ingredients to the egg mixture and mix in wheatgerm and chocolate chips.
- Pour into cupcake pans up to 2/3 full.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
