Thank goodness it's friday and pancake day! I love love pancakes as you can see I bake and post them here and here.

What better way to use left over cream cheese frosting? ☺ Dunk them into the pancake batter!

Chocolate Chip Cookies

Inspired by Martha Stewart's recipe. I just tweaked the ingredients a bit and use ingredients that are available in my pantry but it did still come out the way I want it. *winks

for the small cookies I used the 1 oz. cupcake pan and baked them for 10 minutes. I added the chips half way from the cooking time.
